Some images to let you know better the B&B Corcioli. Palace of the Corcioli family, a noble family of which we already have the first news around 1500 when Lucrezia married a nobleman from Torre Santa Susanna, an important businessman, one of the most important in the oil trade and who upon his father's death becomes lord of the Fief of Torre Santa Susanna. The Corcioli in Mesagne are also famous for being important landowners and merchants and settled in the historic center of Mesagne, in fact, an alley facing the building is named after them.
The Corcioli B&B is located at the gates of the historic center of Mesagne, just after the Porta Nuova, one of the gateways to the old city. It is located in a quiet area as it is far from the chaos of the bars and restaurants located in the centre. The structure has large internal and external spaces, in fact it is characterized by two terraces, one overlooking the main street furnished with sofas useful for relaxing, chatting or reading a book, while the other has tables for those wishing to have breakfast al 'open. in these outdoor spaces we are working to fill them with greenery to be able to enjoy their smells and colours. The whole structure is characterized by particularly characteristic roofs, star vaults, barrel vaults and a roof made of solid wood beams which give the structure a particular touch of elegance and warmth. In fact, an attempt was made to keep the original stones in evidence, including the splendid Lecce stone that heat the rooms and maintain a strong connection with the tradition of the area.
